The Work I Do Is Rooted in Real Life Transitions

Most people arrive here during a moment of change.

Something in their life has shifted, or is beginning to shift.
A career no longer feels aligned.
A relationship evolves or ends.
Success on paper no longer feels meaningful internally.

These moments can leave you feeling uncertain, stuck, or disconnected from the life you thought you were building.

I understand that space because I have lived through my own transitions, and they shaped the way I approach coaching today.

Learning to Choose My Own Life

I grew up in a small southern town where being my authentic self did not always feel safe. As a young person, I often made decisions based on fear, acceptance, and the desire to fit into environments that did not fully allow me to be who I was.

That experience shaped something that later became one of my core values: agency. The belief that every person deserves the opportunity to shape their own life.

In my early twenties, I made a decision that changed everything: I moved to San Francisco.

For the first time, I felt the freedom to explore who I was, what mattered to me, and what kind of life I wanted to build.

That moment was the beginning of learning how to live with intention rather than fear.

Growth Rarely Happens Without Challenge

Like many people navigating adulthood, my journey included both success and struggle.

I built a successful corporate career and developed a strong work ethic that pushed me to pursue excellence.

At the same time, I faced personal challenges that required honesty, resilience, and the willingness to change. Overcoming alcohol addiction became one of the most important turning points in my life.

That process deepened my appreciation for another value that guides my life today: diligence.

Real change does not happen overnight.
It comes from consistent effort, reflection, and the courage to keep moving forward even when the path feels difficult.

Those experiences shaped the empathy and perspective I bring into my work with clients.

Choosing What Matters

One of the most meaningful parts of my life is being the father of two incredible twin boys.

Becoming a parent changed how I looked at success, priorities, and the kind of legacy I wanted to create.

When my marriage ended, my former partner and I made a commitment to co-parent with care and intention so our children would grow up surrounded by stability, love, and support.

Family remains at the center of my life.

It was also the reason I chose to leave my corporate career and build a business that allowed me to be more present for my children and more aligned with my values.
